- All damages or shortages must be reported within 3 working days from delivery of your order.
- Should you change your mind you can return the item at your own cost. A 20% restocking fee will be applied.
- Our office must be contacted prior to returning any item – failure to do so could result in lost items or no credit being applied to your account.
- A credit will only be raised if the item has not been used and is in a resaleable condition.
- All custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable including any mats ordered through Customat. Please speak to us to confirm whether your mat is made-to-order.
