RETURNS POLICY

  • All damages or shortages must be reported within 3 working days from delivery of your order.
  • Should you change your mind you can return the item at your own cost. A 20% restocking fee will be applied.
  • Our office must be contacted prior to returning any item – failure to do so could result in lost items or no credit being applied to your account.
  • A credit will only be raised if the item has not been used and is in a resaleable condition.
  • All custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable including any mats ordered through Customat. Please speak to us to confirm whether your mat is made-to-order.
  • All products relating to the COVID-19 pandemic are non-returnable. This is mentioned on the product page that relates to each affected product.
